PRIVACY POLICY / EFFECTIVE AUGUST 26, 2026
Trace the
actual path.
This policy follows information behavior across the released Pitch Lattice Android app and these two static website routes. It does not describe unrelated systems operated by an organization, store, host or external site.

Surfaces in scope
This policy covers the Pitch Lattice Android app with package name org.gopilipinas.pitchlattice and the static introduction and privacy-policy pages distributed in its website package. It does not cover registration, eligibility, team, event, payment, messaging or other organization systems.

Editorial role and audience
Pitch Lattice presents app-authored spatial-literacy prompts for generic team-sport reflection. It is not official instruction, a coach, a scouting tool, a safeguarding service, an Olympic or federation resource, medical guidance or an emergency channel.

App interactions
You may open coordinates, change among SCAN, SHAPE, SIGNAL and LINK, and clip or remove a built-in cue. The released app contains no keyboard entry, upload, camera capture, microphone capture, person search, location check-in or form submission.

Link Chain content
Each clip is only an integer identifying one packaged photograph and exposure. The Chain retains at most eight IDs in order. It is not designed to hold a name, note, contact, team, score, location, performance, health detail or server identifier.

On-device storage
Chain IDs are stored in Android shared preferences inside the application's private local storage. Pitch Lattice has no app account, remote database or synchronization feature. Device-owner access, operating-system behavior and backups outside the app remain controlled by the device environment.

Retention
Saved IDs remain until you remove a clip, clear the Chain, clear Pitch Lattice storage through Android settings or uninstall the app. There is no Pitch Lattice server retention schedule for Chain data because this release does not send that data to a Pitch Lattice server.

Removal controls
Use the close control on one clip or “Clear the Chain” for all clips. Android's clear-storage and uninstall controls provide additional device-level removal. Because no app account exists, there is no remote Pitch Lattice profile to delete.

Permissions
The released manifest does not request camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, notifications, location, nearby-device, photo library, advertising-ID or shared-storage permissions. Its photographs and editorial content are packaged with the app.

Android network behavior
The Android manifest does not request Internet permission. The app has no remote API, in-app browser, billing, advertisement or analytics SDK, and its core experience reads packaged resources. Connectivity performed by the operating system, app store or device environment is outside Pitch Lattice code.

Website and host requests
Visiting these pages sends a standard request to the host chosen by the publisher. The host or infrastructure may process IP address, time, path, user agent and security logs under its configuration. The packaged pages contain no form, cookie-setting script, analytics tag or ad code.

Accounts and identity
Pitch Lattice does not provide registration, sign-in, usernames, athlete profiles, teams, rosters, leaderboards or cloud identity. The app does not ask for Philippine nationality, culture, affiliation, Olympic status, eligibility or any other personal identity attribute.

Analytics, ads and profiling
The released app and packaged static pages do not include analytics, behavioral advertising, ad attribution, fingerprinting or profiling code. They do not request an advertising identifier. A future release that changes these facts needs a revised policy and accurate store declarations before distribution.

Sharing and sale
There is no designed feature that sends Chain IDs to Go Pilipinas, the developer, an advertiser or a data broker, and Pitch Lattice does not sell them. Anything a user independently communicates outside the app is governed by the chosen person, tool or service.

Sensitive information
The app is not designed to receive health, injury, safeguarding, identity, contact, eligibility, nationality or location details. Sideline Check-In directs the user toward the appropriate real person and intentionally offers no symptom or health-entry field. Do not try to encode sensitive details through clip order.

Young people and shared devices
Team-sport contexts can include young people. A parent, guardian or responsible adult should decide suitability and supervise real activity. The app does not knowingly collect a child's personal information. On a shared device, another person with device access may see or clear the neutral clips.

Security and external services
Android application sandboxing and device controls form the relevant technical boundary for Chain IDs, but no system is guaranteed risk-free. Keep the device protected and current. Any app store, web host, linked IRS/FIFA/U.S. Soccer page or organization site has its own operator and practices.

Policy changes
This policy is effective August 26, 2026. Before distributing a later release that changes data behavior, permissions, third-party code or contact routing, the publisher should update this page and its effective date. An archived package describes only the release shipped with it.

Contact route
Privacy questions should use the contact channel the publisher places on the live store listing or a verified organization website. No email address has been invented in this local package. Until the publisher supplies and publishes that channel, this package is not evidence of a live contact destination.
